$1 1995 Proof Olympic Cycling Obverse Die

This is a proof 1995 Olympic silver dollar cycling die which has been cancelled. The die was used for striking silver dollar coins for the commemoration of cycling during the summer Olympic games in Atlanta, Georgia. There were 207 of these die released by the mint, and they are of average rarity, although all of the obverse silver dollar olympic dies are very scarce.

The die comes with die and the plastic cap which covers the die face. Missing are the COA and the black felt bag (these are frequently missing from dies since the owners often threw them away.)
