1999-P Susan B. Anthony dollar struck 40% off-center and with a chain-edge strike (the flat area is the chain-strike, which occurred when it came in contact with the edge of another planchet.) The coin is MS-63 with white surfaces and no problems (The coin would slab with PCGS or NGC no problem.)
