1972-D Roosevelt dime double-struck with the 2nd strike 45% off-center and with a brockage obverse. The coin had a struck coin laying on top of it when the 2nd strike occurred, pressing it into this coin's obverse. A somewhat unusual coin, and very scarce like this.
