PCGS 1921-S Morgan dollar struck 10% off-center at 11:30 o'clock. The coin is missing the dentils and part of the fields on the obverse and reverse, and shows a nice amount of planchet.

The error occurred when the planchet was not seated between the dies properly, and was struck off of center. 

Morgan dollars are scarce struck more than 5% off-center, and very few are known struck 10% or more off-center and mint state. This coin is a particularly nice grade, being MS64, It has lustrous surfaces under the original toning. 

MS64 with golden brown toning on the obverse and reverse, and nice luster under the toning. A higher grade for a Morgan dollar off-center.
