NGC 1944 Mercury dime broadstruck on a blank, and so the coin has expansion in its diameter. The coin was struck out of collar, allowing it to expand beyond its normal size. It is also on a blank, which can be seen in the coin's flat rim. 

The coin has particularly nice eye-appeal in that is has a nice expansion in size. 

One of the most affordable major errors on a Mercury dime.
