NGC (1866-1867) with ray shield nickel double-struck with the 2nd strike 80% off-center and die struck on both sides. A nice double-struck shield nickel, with a good amount of design present on the 2nd strike. 

Double-strikes are rare on shield nickels, and very few are known.
