This is a Bolivia 10 centavos which is a mule error, and is struck with two obverse dies instead of the normal combination of an obverse and a reverse. Mule errors are extremely rare and valuable on U.S. coins, and buying foreign examples such as this coin create a much more affordable way to own an example of the error type. How many of these exist is unknown to us, but we have seen no evidence for more than a few existing of this date/mule combination.
