NGC 1c Lincoln cent struck 35% off-center on incomplete straight clipped planchet. The "incomplete straight clip" is the line next to the clip on the reverse side of the planchet. The line is possibly from the cutting tool used to cut the strip in half, which failed to cut it and then was moved over slightly and then cut it. That's a theory though, and where the extra line come from is not known with certainty.
It is very scarce, and only found on a small fraction of straight clipped coins. This coin is particularly neat because it is struck off-center on the planchet with the clip, and so you can see what the incomplete straight clip looks like before strike.
