NGC (1979-1999) Susan B. Anthony dollar double-struck 80% and 95% off-center on a clad Washington quarter blank. The coin is the weight, metal, and size of a Washington quarter, but is double-struck with dollar dies.

The error occurred when quarter planchet was fed into a press striking Susan B. Anthony dollars, and was double-struck with both strikes being off-center. The coin has the planchet of a quarter but the design is a SBA dollar. A very rare error combination, and the first we've seen like this. Super neat!
