Wrong planchet error 1979-P Susan B. Anthony dollar struck 40% off-center on a clad Washington quarter blank. The coin weighs 5.6 grams, which is correct for a quarter. Also, the coin is smaller than a normal SBA planchet, as well as weighing substantially less. A rare error combination, and the first example we have ever had in stock of a SBA off-center on a quarter blank.
