NGC 10c Clad Roosevelt Dime Blanking Die Cud BU

This clad Roosevelt dime has a large obverse cud from a blanking die. Although the NGC holder says "lamination, but I disagree with them on this one. A rare error type which occurs when the blanking die breaks, and a piece falls away. When the blanking die punches the planchet out of the strip, a area of the planchet will have a large "blob" of metal, as you see on this planchet.
