This is an off-metal 1920 wheat cent struck on an Argentina 10 centavo planchet. The Mint was striking coin for Argentina in 1920, and this planchet was accidentally fed into a press striking 1920 wheat cents resulting in this off-metal. Probably the 2nd most common off-metal wheat cent on foreign planchet, and so very affordable for what it is.
