NGC 1943 Lincoln wheat cent struck on a silver dime planchet. The coin is normal struck on a steel planchet, but instead was struck on a silver dime planchet that was fed into the press and struck.
This is far and away the most popular year for wheat cents on dime planchets.
A nice AU55 example of a 1943 cent on dime, with the coin having lustrous surfaces which are white.
Most 1943 cent on dimes are AU, and that means this is the most affordable grade without getting into the often much more expensive mint state grades.
