Transitional off-metal 1964 Lincoln cent struck on a clad Roosevelt dime planchet. The coin is both an off-metal and also is struck on a dime planchet which was intended to be used for striking 1965 dimes. Much rarer than a "normal" off-metal, since the odds of a dime planchet from the proceeding year getting struck with cent dies of the former year are remote at best! This coin is in a lower grade, and so is much more affordable than a higher grade example would be.
NGC MS-61 with white surfaces and overall good eye-appeal.
