Wrong planchet error struck on a 1.7 gram foreign planchet. The coin is copper and weighs 1.7 grams, which is much lighter than the normal weight of a cent (2.5 grams.) There is some lettering missing and the strike is weak because of a lack of metal to fill the dies.
