NGC 1892-O Barber quarter struck 10% off-center. Off-center Barber quarters are rare, and few are known. This is about as far off-center as they come, with only a very few known struck further off-center. Probably around 30 known for the entire series. 

UNC details cleaned. Most have been cleaned or have some sort of "issue." This coin is overall a decent example, having been cleaned but with uncirculated details.
