NGC (1968-1970's) Proof Washington quarter uniface obverse.
The coin has virtually all of the obverse design completely missing, due to having been struck with another quarter planchet on top of it. It is the reverse half of two planchet struck together, with the obverse coin having separated from this coin after strike.
Because of the design, the coin can be dated sometime between 1968 and the 1970's. The brilliant proof reverse, and the design can only be from this era, and the coin is "clad."
PF66 with brilliant proof surfaces, and no problems.
