NGC 1999 Delaware quarter multi-struck on aluminum feeder fragment. The coin is double-struck on a small piece of aluminum feeder finger fragment that broke away from the main feeder finger. 

This is the only known Delaware quarter struck on a feeder finger that we know of. The first year of the state quarter series, and so more desirable.
