NGC 25c 1999-P Connecticut Quarter Double-Struck 75% Off-Center & Uniface Obverse MS-67

Double-struck 75% off-center and uniface on both obverse strikes. This is a very dramatic and scarce combination of errors, as it is rare to have double-strike with both strikes on the same side being uniface. The coin was struck through a planchet on the obverse side, which is why it has no design at all. There is also lots of copper from the edge showing on the reverse side and edge, which gives the coin much greater eye-appeal. Overall a superb error, and exceptional in every way.
