This 2007-S silver Utah quarter has double indents on it, with one being 3% and the other 4% size. Also, the planchet is underweight due to either being an elliptical clip or tapered planchet at 3 O'Clock (viewed from obverse.) The double indents are very rare on proof coins, and the elliptical or tapered planchet makes it all the more desirable and rare. A really neat coin and a rare major mint error on a proof quarter!
