This is a 1981 Jefferson nickel which is struck on a 1981 Lincoln cent, and is a double-denomination. The cent's reverse can be seen on the nickel's obverse, with the Memorial building clearly visible across Jefferson's bust. The nickel's reverse shows portions of Lincoln's bust and some of the lettering.
