This is a 1985 nickel on cent double-denomination, with the coin showing good detail from the underlying Lincoln cent on both the obverse and reverse. A very scarce error type, and this isn't a date you see often. Often referred to as a 6c piece since there are two denominations on the coin, this is a very popular double-denomination combination since the copper planchet looks very different from a normal nickel.
