PCGS 10c 2007-D Roosevelt Dime Double-Struck on Aluminum Feeder Finger Tip MS-64

This is a 2007-D Roosevelt dime which is struck on a feeder finger tip. The coin is double-struck slightly off-center, and with the feeder finger tip protruding from between the strikes.

Roosevelt dimes are extremely rare struck on feeder fingers, with only (8) examples known to my knowledge, including this example. Of the known coins on feeder fingers, this is in my opinion the nicest dime on feeder finger known as it shows the most design and also the feeder finger tip (there is one other potentially nicer example rumored to exist, but I don't know that it does.)

A gorgeous coin and the centerpiece of any dime error collection.
