Rotated double-strike in-collar, with a huge rotation between strikes (over 90 degrees.) Both dates are plainly visible, as is much of the underlying design. Unfortunately the coin has been platted, but despite that, it's still a neat looking coin and is priced far lower than it would otherwise be. The coin is still the same color as a normal steel cent, but was platted in order to make it look "nicer."
