Steel cent struck 25% off-center at 10 o'clock. Steel cents are scarce struck this far off-center, and this is a superb example grading MS-64, which is nicer than most.

PCGS MS-64 with lustrous surfaces, and with no spots on the coin's obverse, and just a few on the reverse. Steel cents rust and get spots very easily, so finding one with no spots on the obverse is tough to do.
