PCGS 1991 Lincoln cent struck on a clad dime planchet and double-struck, with the 2nd strike 75% off-center. The coin is struck on the dime planchet, but then was struck again off-center.
Rare to have a Lincoln cent double-strike off-center in combination with an off-metal, and few are known.
MS64 Lustrous with mostly white surfaces. Note: there are some white scratches in the photo, but they are on the holder, and not the coin. There is a white corrosion spot on the 2nd strike on the obverse, which we note for accuracy.
