This is a double-denomination 1992 Lincoln cent struck on top of a 1992-P Roosevelt dime. Design from the dime is very obvious on the obverse and reverse, and the coin also has a reeded edge. A somewhat scarcer date for double-denomination cent on dimes, although priced the same as a "common date", making this coin a better value.
