2006-P North Dakota quarter struck 4X, with one strike normal and 3 strike overlapping 50% off-center. A quadruple strike, which is scarcer than the double or triple strikes that you usually see on state quarters. North Dakota is a very rare state for major errors such as this, and they very rarely come on the market for sale.
