1901 Barber quarter struck 5% off-center at 4 O'Clock. The coin shows 5% of the planchet, and the dentils are missing at 4 O'Clock, and also the coin has no reeding on its edge. This is an extremely rare series for major errors (or any error really besides minor strike throughs and laminations.) Finding an off-center is tough to do, and there are probably less than 20 in existence for the entire series.
