Multi-struck deep obverse die cap, with the obverse side surrounded by a high cap wall, and the reverse side showing an enlarged reverse design. There are only 2 or so New Jersey obverse die caps known, and state quarter die caps (with the state side showing) are extremely rare. One of the most dramatic error types.
