PCGS 2007-S proof silver Wyoming quarter struck thru cloth obverse, with an area of cloth behind the horse's heels. It looks like the horse is kicking up a cloud of dust!
Struck thru cloth quarters are extremely rare on proof coins, and we do do not recall ever having seen one like this on a proof state quarter. We think this is more likely a "wad" of fibers, more like part of a ball of cotton, or a similar wad of fibers, and not actual "cloth." We could be wrong through, and PCGS is describing is as cloth. Either way, a neat coin and very rare like this.
