PCGS 1900-O Barber half struck 5% off-center. The coin shows a decent amount of planchet, and is off-center in the 2 o'clock direction.
Barber halves are very rare struck off-center. We have handled just small number (probably less than 3 or 4.) The Mint had very stringent quality controls for their precious metal coins, especially larger denominations, which resulted in any major errors being very rare during this era.
PCGS XF details scratches, with scratches on the coin's reverse, and a light scratch on the obverse.
