Very scarce struck this far off-center, the coin is a S-Mint silver war nickel which is struck 70% off-center at 12 O'Clock. The "S" mint mark and the metal composition are how you can tell that it is a silver war nickel, and not an ordinary nickel-alloy Jefferson nickel.
